Ever since the season finished basketball fans have been desperate to know where Lebron James would be heading. This years free agency has been one of the most exciting one in years with the likes of Wade, Bosh, Boozer, Stoudemire and James all up for grabs. In a way it’s felt like this years NBA Draft hasn’t really been that important.
The most high profile free agent in sports history, announced tonight live on ESPN that next season he would be playing for the Miami Heat where he will join Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. Apparently James only decided this morning after discussing his move with his mother. Just before he announced his choice the Heat knew of his decision the other 5 teams only found out when he announced his choice.
The Major factor of the move to the Heat was that LeBron wants to win now and win in the future and teaming up with Wade and Bosh he sees this as the best move out of all six teams he spoke with. James spoke about his love for Cleveland and felt bad that he is leaving them but felt he needed to move on for a fresh challenge.
