Heat end Jets unbeaten run

The Miami Heat had a big win against the New Jersey Nets in Sunday’s game, they hit the Nets hard winning 101-78. The Nets had won their first two games of the season.

Lebron James scored 20 points, while Chris Bosh scored 18 points and Dwyane Wade 17. The Heat are starting to gel and it seems that they are starting to dominate the court. This was clearly their best win to the campaign so far. The Heat have now won three straight.

For New Jersey Brook Lopez scored 20 points and rookie Derrick Favours had 13 points and 13 rebounds.

The rest of Sunday’s games looked like this:

Dallas Mavericks 99, Los Angeles Clippers 83

Jason Kidd ended the first half with a 65-foot shot-put heave from inside the three-point arc at the opposite end, Caron Butler scored 17 points and Shawn Marion scored 10 of his 12 points in the fourth quarter.

Utah Jazz 120, Oklahoma City Thunder 99

Paul Millsap scored 30 points and 16 rebounds, Deron Williams added 16 points and 15 assists as Utah won their first game of the season. Kevin Durant led the Thunder in scoring with his 28 points, Russell Westbrook finished the game with 22 points, four assists, and four steals.

Los Angeles Lakers 107, Golden State Warriors 83

The Lakers conitued their unbeaten run Pau Gasol had 26 points and 12 rebounds, Kobe Bryant added 20 points.
